Made specifically for Mineral Water Direct at Yatala, these refillable BPA free plastic tubs circumvent the use of wasteful and environmentally damaging disposable plastic PET bottles. Our blue tubs are made at least 6 months in advance; they are then put into a shed where we allow them to properly cure. At least two weeks prior to using, bi-carb is added to each tub and left to air. Before use they are double rinsed and then sterilised with citrofresh. Prior to filling with water for the first time they are double rinsed again. Tubs are available for purchase at the Northey Street Organic Market where they can be refilled each week.
